We pride ourselves in being a dynamic and friendly family business. Phillip and Julia are still very much involved, while in recent years their son Edward has expanded the turkey business, and his sister Helen and wife Kate work in the office. His brother George is an integral part of the business and especially at our busiest times.
We are also very grateful for our staff that come back each Christmas to help us produce our high quality Turkeys. Whether it’s our farm workers, the pluckers, scale operators, box packers and delivery drivers. We have a great team that work so well together at such a busy time.
