We pride ourselves in being a dynamic and friendly family business. Phillip and Julia are still very much involved, while in recent years their son Edward has expanded the turkey business, and his sister Helen and his wife Kate work in the office.
This year Helen’s son Harry has been working on the farm looking after turkeys day to day during his gap year. He is heading to Liverpool University in September 2025 but will dive back in to work here during our busy December.

We are also very grateful for our staff that come back each Christmas to help us produce our high quality Turkeys. Whether it’s our farm workers, the pluckers, scale operators, box packers and delivery drivers. We have a great team that work so well together at such a busy time.
