Walters Turkeys uses a secure on-line payment system via Stripe to ensure the security and integrity of all sensitive data. You can check this at any time by looking for the ‘padlock’ symbol within your browser. We do not store or capture any credit card details on our website.
We endeavor to complete your order accurately, however due to a limited supply it’s sometimes necessary to give you a different weight/type of turkey. This rarely happens and if necessary we will try to contact you in advance.
You have paid full price for your turkey. There is nothing else to pay when you collect it.
Please contact us immediately if you do have any complaints or queries about your turkey. If you are unsatisfied in any way with your Turkey we offer a replacement item and in certain cases a discount may be offered. We want you to be happy with you purchase and welcome your feedback.
Please be aware that due to the perishable nature of our goods we are unable to accept cancellations less than 10 working days before your delivery is due.
